Hi,

Im having a problem when installing coppermine. I have had previous websites and have managed to install coppermine without any problems. But this time I have ran into this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home2/dontsto3/public_html/photos/install.php on line 31

This appears when i try and open install.php.

Any advice on how to fix this problem is welcome.

Thanx Guys

That means the file got corrupted at some point - probably when you uploaded it. Upload a clean copy.

I have tried doing this numerous times but still the error remains

How are you uploading all the files? Some ftp clients can mess up files. I recommend Filezilla ( http://filezilla-project.org/ )
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

...and maybe you would like to read board rules and do as suggested there.
