I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpBB3.0.6:
I'm logged in at the forum, but coppermine does not recognise this...
Copermine's login link redirects me to the forum.

Coppermine install: http://www.werwolf-live.de/cpg14x/
Forum install: http://werwolf.rollenspielwelten.de
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.25
Forum version: phpBB3.0.6

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://werwolf.rollenspielwelten.de
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  /phpBB3-rollenspielwelten-config/     #I placed a copy there.
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx phpbb3_g6os8     #I copied that from phpBB3 Admin page.

I guess, that the fact that forum and gallery are on different servers is responsible, but I'm not sure. I actually do not realise, why coppermine needs the cookie of phpBB. Just to check phpBB's user account should work fine, with the database access.

Any ideas how to make it work ?

Exactly! You can't bridge them, as they are on entirely different domains. Details: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#integrating_prerequisites_start

Okay, I missed that requirement.

However, if I just want coppermine to check for existing users in the phpBB database I wouldn't need the cookie login.
It works fine with mediawiki using phpBB's users for login, although they are on different servers.

Isn't there a plug-in that accomplish this ?
