Version 1.5 RC1

I just uploaded a picture then clicked CROP AND ROTATE.  The preview screen does not show any image.  Attempting to rotate and save anyway generates this in the error log:

Mar 08, 2010 at 03:40 PM - While executing query 'UPDATE cpg11d_pictures
                      SET pheight = ,
                          pwidth = ,
                          filesize = 4096,
                          total_filesize = 16284
                      WHERE pid = '571'' in pic_editor.php on line 200 the following error was encountered:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '
                          pwidth = ,
                          filesize = 4096,' at line 2
---
So, there are two problems:  (1) Nothing shows up in the crop/rotate edit window and (2) it allows me to try to save invalid data.

Version 1.5 RC1
Such a version doesn't exist. You probably meant cpg1.5.3 RC.

there is at least a third problem: you need to respect board rules when asking for support.

sdstern

My error. The correct version number is 1.5.3 RC1.

Still not a valid support request, as I already told you: read up the board rules section that I have refered to above and do as suggested there, i.e. post a link to your gallery for christ's sake! Do I have to fall on my knees and beg? >:(

Users who ignore what I say get ignored by me as well, as I can not tolerate laziness if you expect free support from me. In other words: I'm out of this thread as far as support is concerned and will ignore your future requests for help.

Bad permissions on one of the directories under albums/. I did a chown -R apache:apache albums/ and the problem went away. I suspect it was the directory albums/edit.
