blank page on gallery

my server recently upgraded to php 5.3.1 and now coppermine is not working on one of my site.
I also tried with upgrading to cpg1.4.26 but still i'm getting blank page.
can anyone suggest me what should I do to solve this issue.

You should have done as suggested in the docs, (in the section that explains upgrading) and should have uploaded all files that come with the package and not just some of them. At least the classic theme is missing, not sure what else you failed to upload. Perform the upgrade exactly as suggested in the docs.
To me it seems as if only the index is broken - the thumbnails page without parameters work as expected. It also looks to me like you have applied a lot of modifications and add-ons, so you might want to try to disable them one by one to see if your gallery returns to normal.
