I want to add links if possible. what file do I edit to get links at the top of each page?

Of the forum??? 

If you mean CPG, you edit theme.html

If you mean forum, you should ask over at the support boards for that forum.

yep, Im asking about cpg. I see a theme.php. no theme.html

It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
