Adding page numbers to top of album.

Sorry if this has been dealt with before, I searched but only found pretty old (1.3.x) threads

I'm using a lightly modified Classic theme and was wondering if anyone could explain how to add page numbers to the top of an album as well as the bottom. Also to have them both centred instead of right aligned.
