Modifying landing page and more

Hi!

I'd like the landing page to show a specific album instead of latest additions etc. How can this be done?

Also I'd like to have one page that shows all categories and their albums. I did find the tags for all other pages like top rated, latest additions etc. but there doesn't seem to be one for displaying categories.
