Critical Error When Uploading

I have, as best I can tell, done everything in the docs about upload troubleshooting. 

My gallery is http://www.builderbobs.com/clearance
The test account is username:tester / password: tester

Please see if you can help me understand why i cannot upload.  I upgraded my galleries yesterday, and the other two allow me to upload just fine so I dunno what the deal is.  I had some other problems with this gallery yesterday, but that issue seems to be resolved.  As recently as Saturday the uploads were working fine, but I do not know for sure if the problem was created when I upgraded because I didn't try to upload anything prior to the update.  Thanks again for your help.
