I've just installed the latest Coppermine version.
The problem is that most of the texts are missing. I tried to switch the language from Hungarian to English (I tought it might be the problem), but I couldn't.  :S
I attached 2 pictures of this.

Please post a link to your gallery as per board rules.

Is this an update, or a clean installation? Did you update/install manually or via installation script?

First, I installed Coppermine (1.4.x) through Fantastico.
Then I found out about the new version (1.5.x) and updated it manually

(Moved to cpg 1.5 upgrading).

I cannot replicate your issue. Please see attached screen shots showing both English and Hungarian languages.

I did however, notice you have additional language files from the previous 1.4.x version. Though in this case, these two appear to have been over-written with the correct 1.5.6 file(s).

Oh, I tought all of the language files from the previous version were included in the new version. I've just removed the old lang files. Now it works, thank you very much for the help!

When updating versions throughout the 1.4.x hierarchy, it's easy to ignore the documentation when one is so used to using the program without any major or significant changes. However, with an upgrade, such as the move to 1.5.x, it is paramount that one read the documentation thoroughly; and in your case, especially the upgrading section which contains: Upgrading from cpg1.4.x to version cpg1.5..

Anyway, glad your issue is resolved.
