I am using the CPG 1.2

In the configuration, the manual said the default setting of 50 pixel for album thumbnail means the size of the thumbnail will 50 x 50 pixel.

What  if my original pic is 400 pixel high x 200 pixel wide, and I want the thumbnail to become 200 x 100 pixel. What should I input in the setting please?

Thanks

Casper

Depends really, on what the 'Use dimension ( width or height or Max aspect for thumbnail )*' is set at.
You could use 100, if it is set at 'width', or 200, if the setting is 'height', or 'Max aspect'.

It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

Thanks for the reply.

Excuse me for asking this. What is meaning of max. aspect?

Thanks

hyperion

'Max aspect' means that Coppermine will apply the pixel restriction to the longest dimension of the picture.
"Then, Fletch," that bright creature said to him, and the voice was very kind, "let's begin with level flight . . . ."
