Is it possible to make Title Field mandatory field while uploading via Flash or Simple file up-loader and if the user or guest doesn't fill the title field then reject the uploaded files.

Well,
I was talking about if there are any modifications, plug-in or built-in configuration for making Image Title mandatory during uploading images.
As I am not having any problems running CPG 1.5.X on my server, I don't think any necessities to post a link to my cpg installation.
Is it?
