Public unable to open pictures

Hi,

I just did an update to 1.5.6 and generally it is working but I got some issues.

First of all is that public is able to open galleries and see thumbnails, but when click over a picture, it is asking for user and password.
I already checked the album properties and are set to public.

One more thing is that I can not find where to set the language.
