I get this error:

Have you chmod the albums folder, all folders in it, and the include folder, to 777, or 755, as required on install?
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

i've just done a fresh install (diff dir.)
same problem.

ok in fact dirs where CHMOD right.
BUT when i was uploading a new dir, chmod changed to 755 and not 777 for the new dir(don't know why).

so it's fixed!  ;D
