Random image/thumbnail? does anyone have it?

What I think would a nice little thing to have would be the ability to create a random thumbnail (to be used in discussion forums or antyhing else.)  Eg a link to a page that would generate random thumbnail from specifig gallery or section with specific size.   eg http//site.com/cpg/random.php?cat=3&w=100&h=100

Does anyone by any change have a file that would do this?

Have a look on the mods board, for rss feeds, or random image include.
