Can not upgrade from 1.2.1

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade from 1.2.1 by runing the update.php file. But when i load that file in my browswer, it gives me a 500 internal server error message. I turned on debug mode with phpmyadmin, but no further detail has been given. This is what i get from the server error log:

"Premature end of script headers: /home2/concepti/public_html/gallery/update.php"

I've copied "albums" and "config.ini.php" to 1.3.0 and created the edit dir in "albums".

1.2.1 is still working.

What could be the problem???

Does this mean you are actually trying to do it as a separate install, in a new directory?
