Add Album Feature Not Working

Whenever I try to add an album, nothing happens.  I click "New Album" and nothing happens.  I also try to click on a category, but nothing happens.  Can anyone help me with this?

Created a test user:
Username: test
Password: test

You've marked your thread as solved, so I assume you found out yourself that you need to enable JavaScript?
