How to disable comments in general?

I don't want any comments in my gallery. In admin panel there's no option to do that. I don't want to disable comments in every gallery I've made by ticking  NO in "Visitors can post comments" every single time. Please help.

Turn it off in the Group control panel. http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/groups.htm#group_cp
