Cannot view the images

Again, a newbie question. I had someone upload an image, but she cannot see it, and i cannot see it (as admin) either. Probably another setting to set, but my problem now, is that the gallery is displaying in French instead of English so i am a bit lost with the controls.

I already told you to read the docs. Please also read and follow our board rules (which require to read the docs before asking for support).

If nobody can see it, it probably wasn't uploaded. If you need upload support, read the upload troubleshooting docs and post the required information.
