I cannot Upload Images with WATERMARK

Hello, I have a huge problem. I just upload my watermark png file via FTP I made everything Manual guide and help said and I check the WATERMARK box option but now I cannot upload any image (Flash or Batch) got me this message:

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1

:'( :'(

I got in touch with my webhost and they told me IMAGEMAGICK is installed and enable on my server.

What can I do? Help!!

Try to use GD.
