Is it possible to have a plugin whereby users can create sub-album inside their personal gallery?

Eg. Album Manager > New album (eg. Videos) > Save
then have a sub-album (eg. Music Videos, Movie Trailers) inside "Videos" folder?

in which i believe that it would make albums more organized.

I understand that some of you will say use the "Category" but i don't want, because it's totally shared gallery site (different users upload and create their own album and share).
