Welcome to the CPG 1.3 Uploads forum!  Before posting, please be advised that you must read:

"General Upload Troubleshooting" (Read this thread very carefully. Very, very, carefully.)

"Troubleshooting the batch add process"

and

Coppermine's Documentation.

Specific errors are dealt with in topics that use the error message in the title. This forum is contained in one page, so you are required to read each topic title to see if it is relevant to your needs.

You should post only after having completed a thorough scan of the board.  If your request is valid, it will remain on the board and may eventually become a sticky.

Procedures for posting a topic on this forum:

1. You are to provide the precise error message CPG or your browser gives you.  If no error message is generated, you are to give a step-by-step description of what you are doing before and during the error.

2. You are to provide all relevant system data.  This includes the PHP version, operating system, and system settings as detailed in 'General Upload Troubleshooting' and 'Troubleshooting the batch add process'.

Failure to provide these system settings will be interpreted as a failure to examine these systems settings.  This would mean you failed to read this thread or the threads it advises you to read.  This will mean you have insulted board supporters with your laziness, and it is unlikely that you will receive any support.

Personally, I will ignore you if it becomes clear you did not follow the above procedure. I don't care how simple the solution to your problem may be. Rules are rules.

Otherwise, please use the support offered here to your advantage.

Thanks,

Hyperion
