Bridge error - cannot log into Admin

Hi

As per the manual when Bridge fails and I cannot access the Admin area it says to go to /bridgemgr.php and log in using the original details. But this was so long ago I cannot remember them! I've logged into my SQL and found the username, but Password is encrypted.

Can someone help here please?

Alternatively that script does the same for you.
