Error message after uploading

every time after I upload pictures, it doesn't matter if just one or many or the size, I get an error message on a yellow background that says I don't have permission to access this page and I get automatically logged out.
The pictures upload fine but I have to hit the back button to be logged in again.

What could be the problem?
