Can't change "Your gallery name here" to something else

Hi. I've read the docs and they say I need to do something during install I think. I never did the install, so I'm left with Your gallery name here and the bit underneath. How do I change it at this stage? now it's up and running. Also, how would I get graphics over the top part of the screen like it was part of a web site? I had it before but forgot.

Just change it in the config. Please read the docs before starting new threads. Additionally, please respect our board rules, as we only allow 1 question per thread.
