making the most of my gallery for mobile users

What do I need to do to optimise my gallery for mobile/twitter users ? Does it need a mod or just a different template?

What exactly do you want to 'optimize'? I'm not sure what exactly you want to accomplish.

When I browse my gallery using my android phone it is slow, that is slower than browsing a text website. I use the Opera mobile browser which seems better than others.
I guess I just assumed there would be "different" stuff to do to make it more accesible to mobile users...................

Of course a gallery with a lot of images, layout and a huge JS library loads slower than a simple text website.
