Are you searching for a solution that adds a complete shoutbox to your gallery (i.e. store the data in your database, use already existing accounts, etc.), or do you just want to embed a third-party shoutbox? If you're preferring the third-party shoutbox, use Google to find a shoutbox that fits your needs and then you can easily embed it in your theme.
