on my server for coppermine i dont find the themes change menù

Click the word, "Configuration"  ;)
Running SMF 2.1.4  / Tinyportal 3.0.1, bridged with Coppermine 1.6.25, plus cpmfetch 2.0.0

where is saved the config themes?
in db or in a files?

The themes are stored in the themes folder. Your setting is stored in the config table in the database.
