Editing theme

I inherited a site from a friend. www.canadianbadgersclub.com when you click on badge image gallery you are taken to the coppermine gallery - i have no idea how to update or edit this program or even where to go to do so. the one thing i need to edit but dont know how or where to go is on the main page of the gallery on the top right there is a row of links to choose from home upload file register...etc  could some one in simple terms explain how to edit these links? please email me back at heatherpalmer@shaw.ca that would be much appreciated.    please start with a read of the Document package.

The next time you log in go to: Config >> General Settings then click  "Enable Help Icons" and save that setting. You will then see small ? marks which will help you to navigate.
