Add custom fields for various things

Hi I would like to get a quote for adding some custom fields.  My client would like possibly 4 text fields added to display with images.  They need to be added to the admin system too and allow uploaders to add things like name, manufacturer, style, material.

They would need to be protected from any malicious input etc

I don't have a particular budget, as I am not sure how long this would take.  I would like someone who knows Coppermine well and can make sure it remains upgradeable and secure
