Banner and Menu

Looking for a coppermine coder/developer to implement a header/banner and menu above the coppermine menus. Currently using Joomla 1.7 and the latest coppermine, bridged. I want the same type of menu that is being utilized in Joomla. If there is another route to get this accomplished I am all ears.
