Better voting system for 1.5 (contest)

I would like to change standard voting that one user could vote only 10 times per period (for example 3 months).
Is it any plugin or other solution for 1.5?
Somthing like Photo Contest for 1.4?

Afaik such a plugin doesn't exist yet. Please post a link to the cpg1.4.x mod/plugin, maybe it's easy to port it to cpg1.5.x.

Hello, i´m looking for an plugin for to start a photo contest (Fotowettbewerb) for system 1.5.
I´m new here and i had found nothing.
