Install and Setup problems

Hello everyone.

Got a problem (why else would I be here :-) I had coppermin working fine on Fedora Core 1 I did a clean install to Fedora Core 2 everything works except for Coppermine. I have several web sites that run PHP scripts and use Mysql and they all work fine. I have tried reinstalling cpg no luck. I get the following errors in apache's error_log

I am guessing something in my php.ini config is not right.

Any clues or help would be great.
