Hi, I had a photo gallery and I have installed other gallery but I can see that it is diferent and have changes. I can't undertand how I can upload pics, I am trying it but I can't.
Please, help me, I really need help.

Post a link, and test user account and password (not admin).

What exactly are you doing that fails, upload by ftp, html, xp_publish?

What error messages are you getting?
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

I go to "Upload files" and then, I choose a pic and click "Continue". later appear a message of error "Can't find the server".
What is the problem?

Do as Casper suggested and post a link to your gallery together with a test user account.
