Respected Members, I have a query...
If I create 4 albums and a user logs in to upload photographs.
How will I restrict a user to upload say 4 photographs only in each album?
Answers will be highly appreciated.

So you want to restrict the upload to 4 files per album, correct? This isn't possible out ouf the box, but you probably could use the "limit upload" plugin with some modifications.
