Vote Stats include Computer Name

The vote statistic currently records information about Browser, Operating System, IP Address and Username if logged in. This is very much in detail. However, if the user is not logged in, the information collected is still not enough, because there are a lot of proxy servers and the ip addresses are frequently changing. so, there will surely be fake votes. However, if the stats could also record the voter's Computer Name or Mac address, there will be very less chance of faking votes. Is there a way to implement this?

As far as I know it's not possible to get that data. I assume you have to disable voting for guests if you are scared of 'fake votes'.
