Inserting some text on Login Page..

Hi, I want to display some greetings text on the login page just above "Enter your username and password to login". I am attaching a snapshot where exactly I want to insert this text. Could you please help me?

The question may not have to be replied if the problem in this post is solved. I am just thinking of asking users to clear their cookies..
