Category Totals

This has probably been addressed before but here we go. Hope this makes sense...

I have completed the upload on the one category I was adding to the site. What I would like to do is add a description to the file tally at the bottom. Then I want to add a separate main category (with sub-albums) and have them output as a different tally with a separate description.

Is this a possibility and if so, how difficult would it be to achieve?

There are currently two sections on there I would like different totals with descriptions for.

The Apparatus section and the fire service patches. I am planning to add at least one more section I would like to segregate.
