Getaway Green theme contact form button/link?

I've installed the Getaway Green theme at http://nwestimages.com/ and have set the Config to display the contact form to guests but no Contact button is displayed. 
What must I do to get a contact form button/link? 

The contact form will display using the URL http://www.nwestimages.com/gallery/contact.php  but it does not show the fields for 'sender name' or 'sender email' as I have selected in the configuration settings.
How do I fix this or what have I done wrong?

duh! 
I see that the Contact link is displayed to Guests under the Home button.  Not so obvious that I'd expect a guest to find it... Guess I'll add a second link in a custom footer or somewhere like that.
