can i translate to hebrew and set the temlate to rtl like arabic template?

I don't know anything about the translation process. Please read the guide that I posted and if Hebrew is a rtl language take a look at the arabic language file to see how it's done.

Is there an update here? I wanted to start translating myself, I experimented with a few entries in the page, but it fails to update the database when I try to choose my Hebrew translation...

AFAIK yanivz or anyone else hasn't contributed a translation for Hebrew. Please make sure you read the docs that were posted earlier in this thread. If your problem persists please start a new thread as this one is quite old.
