Is there an image csv importer for coppermine?

I'm new to it, haven't tried it yet, but I have a couple dozen pictures, with comments and titles. How would I go about importing them into coppermine and is it possible? If not, should I try another CMS, if so which one?

I would have the csv file, one value would be the title, another would be the picture comment. But a third one would be the picture itself. Is there any csv importer, perhaps an addon to coppermine that can do this?

This is something Nibbler wrote for an older version, I took a look though the code but did not test it. I didn't see anything that shouldn't work with 1.5.x.
