Remove "last comments, most viewed, top rated"

Please can someone tell me how to remove the following buttons: "last comments", "most viewed" and "top rated" from the top of the home page.

I recommend to use the Final Extract plugin, as it's way easier. If you still want to edit theme.php, please search our boards as this question has already been asked and answered a lot of times.
