Errors in user module

Question from a somewhat newb....I seem to get numerous errors with a lot of the modules. Attached is a sample of debug from the user manager module. Any help would be appreciated. I am self hosted, running ubuntu 12.04 LAMP server. The address is tomsmess.com, I set up a temporary user 'helpme' with a password of h3lp3r
