Cookie consent plugin for cpg1.5.x (comply EU Cookie Directive 2009/136/EC)

This plugin asks users if Coppermine is allowed to store cookies to comply the EU Cookie Directive 2009/136/EC. While the user hasn't accepted, no cookies will be stored. Users won't be able to login or use other features if they don't accept cookies from your gallery.

You need cpg1.5.22 or later to install and use this plugin. The initial development thread can be found here.
