Android App to upload?

I'd like to upload to my coppermine gallery from my Android tablet.
I see a lot of coppermine apps, but they look like they are pointed to specific sites.
I'd like all the features that used to be in the XP publish feature, and are supported by the XP_publish.php app.

• Point to a Site.
• Log in.
• Create or use an Album.
• Optionally Choose size of photos - allow larger sizes these days like 1600x and 1920x.
• Resize photos and
• Upload them.

Anybody seen an android app, [and ipad app] that does this?
I'm not psyched about using the browser since it's a lot less convenient that the Publish workflow.

AFAIK there is no such app available. On Android however the HTML5 uploader seems to work very well.
