URL for forums

Can you help please.  When clicking on a thumbnail image in our gallery, we see file information.  One of the fields is "UR"L.  That URL isn't the url that we can use to post the image on our forum, it's the url that takes us to that image where we can copy the url and surround with img tags for posting on the forum.

Is it possible that settings would allow the posting url?  I ask because members can't seem to post pictures on our forum from their ipads because there's no right mouse clicking to grab the url.
