No browse butrton for flash Multiple Uploads

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have installed coppermine and everything is workign fine, except for the Multiple Flash upload. Single uploads work fine. For multiple upload I do not get a browse button in Firefox, Internet explorer or google chrome. (Check screenshot attachment.) I have tried this on different computers and I have even tried updating flash.

I would appreciate any help with this.

For some reason the browse_button_place_holder won't get replaced (that's done via JavaScript). Please re-upload all files in the js/ directory.

Thanks for your reply. I have done this, but still don't see the button.

Unfortunately the test user account doesn't work, so I cannot test it myself.
