Missing Database

I recently moved my website to a new server, managed to get all the files but didn't manage to get a backup of the database because my previous host had locked me out of the site by then.

I tried creating a new database, but I get this error now:

While executing query 'SELECT name, value FROM cpg15x_config' in include/init.inc.php on line 179

mySQL error: Table 'ellahend_gallery.cpg15x_config' doesn't exist

Can this be fixed or do I have to start from scratch? Thank you.

Without your old db you have no option but to start again. Is there no way you can get a backup from the old host?

sadly, no :/ thanks for your help, just wanted to be sure before I start over.
