CpmFetch v2.1.1 install message

Hello all:

I'm a very new user of CPM and CpmFetch.  I am using CPG1.5.34 and CpmFetch 2.1.1  on Windows 8.1 Pro  64-bit and XAMPP Version: 5.6.3

I spent a good bit of time on the forum looking for a solution, but I didn't see one....not saying that it isn't there, just that I didn't find it.

I'm getting the following error:
Notice: Undefined index: path in C:\xampp\htdocs\WoodmereAssociates\cpg15x\cpmfetch\install.php on line 111
CpmFetch Installer for release 2.1.1

A hint/pointer to the resolution would be appreciated.  Is it possible that I can ignore the error? I can supply the install output if it is needed.

Actually, that's no error, but just a notice, which shouldn't affect anything. Does it get installed anyway? If not, please attach a screenshot which displays the message.
