I'm a graphic designer (print) working on a calendar contest for a small non-profit organization in which users submit photos to the group's gallery. The highest rated photos at the end of the voting period win featured pages in the calendar.

I need to periodically export information from the gallery database as a .CSV file (or other appropriate file type) to be used in Excel. I need the following information exported:

1. IMAGE INFORMATION during submission period

Filename of Image
Date Added
User Name
User Email
Title
Description
Album
File Type
File Size
Width, Pixels
Height, Pixels
File Location

2. VOTES/RATINGS after voting closes
Date of Vote/Rating
Filename of Image
Rating (how many stars)
IP Address

I have no programming experience and am looking for the easiest and most cost-effective way to accomplish these exports. An export utility that I can run myself as needed, or a dynamic web page that auto populates with the required info that I can copy and paste into Excel would be ideal solutions. However, if these are not possible to do and I need to retain a freelancer to periodically generate the information and email the raw data to me, that would be an acceptable solution if reasonably priced.

As submissions are currently being accepted, we are looking to do this ASAP.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.
