I am trying to modify coppermine for my needs, and a part of this is to change the way images/thumbnails are listed (in "last uploaded"...)

I want something like this:

Username     ---------      Thumbnail  -----------  (Description)----------Date uploaded -----------

in a table with 4 columns, one picture in each row

I know I have to change thumbnail_view.html, but the problem is to display the username, date and description separately.
Originally the only code displayed is

{THUMB}
{CAPTION}

with {CAPTION} containing some of the wanted information.
What changes are needed for this to be done? I've tried things like {username} and {description} in thumbnail_view.html without any luck...

never heard of the file you're refering to. Post a link to your gallery.

that's not a link, that's a path. Post a link to your gallery!

---> themes/default/thumbnail_view.html

A link to my gallery is not necessary for you to answer my question (it is only a plain default install), but here it is:
http://www.avnett.no/coppermine.html

on this page I want the last uploaded pictures (Siste bilder) listed one picture per row, with some basic information on
each picture on each row (date, title, username....). Capisce?

Posting that link was very necessary, as it shows you're using "Coppermine for CMS", not the standalone version. I was right to ask this, since the file "thumbnail_view.html" doesn't exist in Coppermine standalone (but it could have existed in a custom-made theme). This forum you're currently looking at only deals with the standalone version of coppermine. Follow the link at the bottom of your gallery page to the "Coppermine for CMS" support pages.
With rude postings (like "Capisce") you won't get nowhere. Behave similarly on the "Coppermine for CMS" support board, and you'll find out soon nobody will be eager to help you there. Thank you for stealing our time, not reading any documents you're requested to and finally posting rude comments. Goodbye!

didn't mean to be rude. Thanks anyway.
